Wellness Assessment Team was founded in 2008 by Patricia Seabrooks, to undertake the demand for worksite, high-quality, preventative health and wellness services. Since then, our service area expanded throughout the State of Georgia and soon to be national. We now operate with an impressive team of highly educated professionals with medically specialized certifications, field experience and extensive knowledge in preventative health.
Patricia has many years of work experience in occupational health. Patricia has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and has served more than 14 years of her career at HCA, one of the country’s largest health care systems. Her unique background have afforded her the guiding principles necessary to fabricate and refine every aspect of a health care delivery system including, event development, logistics, clinic execution, data collection and performance metrics. Wellness Assessment Medical Advisory Board and expert panel of health care professionals further helped model and perfect the medical procedures and protocols.
As a company founded by healthcare professionals, Wellness Assessment Team maintains the highest professional standards among its staff of Medical Directors, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dieticians and more. Moreover, we have a team of experienced Event Managers at your disposal to certify every aspect of the customized worksite event is designed correctly.
