The focus of our events is to significantly help encourage employees to create/maintain healthy behaviors and adopt the multiple wellness initiatives offered. Studies show that bringing an integrated health advancement system to the workplace including health risk assessments, diagnostic screening, education, lifestyle modification, and health counseling is highly effective and well embraced by employees.
Wellness Assessment Team is able to custom build an incentive program around participation in wellness activities and distribute incentives with very little effort. We can design, implement, track, and report program status to the employer. Our team works with any type of incentive whether they are gift certificates, paid time off or health insurance premium discounts. Clients can choose to allow employees’ self-report completion of wellness activities such as prevention tests, seminar attendance, etc. or have all reported activities verified to ensure actual compliance.
Typically the hardest part for many employers with health screening is simply coordinating the appointments. We offer the scheduling solution by creating and organizing the sign-up sheets. Our team provides participants and employers with this tool and it can even be used to schedule other events such as screenings, flu shots and/or lunch and learn seminars. We can gladly work with existing consultants and professionals to seek out additional opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of any health event along any wellness program.
